Marshall Merrill

Marshall Merrill has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Marshall began their career as a Training Intern at iBAHN in 2013. The following year, they worked as an HR Specialist at Provo City, where they implemented improved performance management software. In 2014, they joined Expressworks International as a Change Management Junior Consultant, streamlining applicant tracking and staffing functions. That same year, they also started working for Dyno Nobel, initially as an HR Analyst, providing reporting and analytics support. Marshall then took on the role of Talent Management Advisor, managing relocation and immigration cases for a company of 2000 employees. Marshall later became an HRIS & Compensation Analyst, responsible for HRIS configuration and data analysis. Marshall then transitioned to IT Applications Analyst, leading a team in implementing various HR systems. Finally, they currently hold the position of Finance Director - Retail Sales and Operations at Dyno Nobel, where they oversee finance operations in the retail sector.

Marshall Merrill obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Columbia Basin College from 2006 to 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University.
