Spencer Train

Spencer Train has a strong background in procurement and strategic sourcing. Spencer worked at Dyno Nobel from 2015 to present, starting as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and then progressing to the roles of General Manager of Agriculture and Industrial Chemicals and Senior Director of Procurement. In these positions, Spencer was responsible for developing sourcing and category strategies, driving cost reductions, and establishing cost savings programs. Spencer also supported projects to enhance supply chain security and optimize supplier inventory. Prior to Dyno Nobel, Spencer worked at Univar as a Business Development Manager and Director in the Energy Industry.

Spencer Train has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Louisiana State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Southeast Missouri State University between 1985 and 1989.
