Lena Dukic

Lena Dukic currently serves as the Interim VP of Marketing for the Americas at Dyson since May 2023, having previously held various marketing leadership roles within the company, including Marketing Director for the Americas and Canada. Prior to Dyson, Lena was the Head of Marketing for Canada at Hanesbrands Inc. From April 2016 to January 2021, Lena worked at IKEA, where roles included Director of Brand Marketing and Head of Marketing for South East Europe. Lena's extensive experience in the marketing sector began at L'Oréal, where from October 2003 to April 2016, roles ranged from Regional Marketing Director for the Adria and Balkan region to Group Product Manager for the Consumer Product Division. Lena holds degrees from the University of Hertfordshire, CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau, and IESE Business School.
