Owen Greenway

Owen Greenway has extensive experience in quality assurance and data analytics, primarily at Dyson since February 1999, where roles have included Head of Product Quality Business Intelligence, Data Analytics Manager, and various engineering positions. Responsibilities have spanned warranty management, product quality governance across global markets, and leading significant projects such as a global recall for one million units. Owen's work has been pivotal in enhancing product quality processes and customer satisfaction measures, utilizing advanced data analytics and engineering techniques. Prior roles include production support at RJ Mobility and design engineering at Stannah Group. Owen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Brunel University London.
