Sara Correia Carreira

Sara Correia Carreira has experience in leading the development of test methods for prototype validation, setting up new lab and testing capabilities, tissue engineering human skin on soft robotic actuators, developing topical antimicrobial formulations, measuring bacterial adsorption to charged surfaces, and investigating therapeutic nanoparticle distribution in tissues. Sara holds a PhD in Nanotechnology and a Diplom in Biology/Biological Sciences.
