Yechiam Shapira Msc.

Yechiam Shapira MSc. has extensive experience in the field of aquaculture and fish genetics, currently serving as a Senior Researcher and R&D Manager at Phibro Animal Health since April 2014. Prior to this role, Yechiam held the position of President at SIAMB from April 2010 to February 2017 and worked as Fish Breeding Manager at Maya Fish from July 2011 to April 2014. Yechiam also served as Project Manager at ASC - Aquaculture for a year and was the CEO of SUBflex Ltd from February 2006 to March 2010. Early career experience includes a role at 7014 from 1994 to 2004. Yechiam Shapira earned an MSc in Fish Genetics and Fish Health from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2003.
