Steven Martinez, owner of E-9 Enterprises Inc., is a 22-year veteran, honorably retired from the US Marine Corps. He served as a Marine Career Recruiter, with the 8th Marine Corps District, for over 15 years and is very sensitive to the needs and mission requirements of all government services.
