Chris Chandler has a long work history in the public safety and technology fields. Chris began their career in 1990 as a Senior Paramedic for Polk County BoCC. In 2005, they joined Interact Public Safety as a System Integration Manager - MobileCAD solutions, a role in which they were responsible for integration of Interact Public Safety's Mobile Software with Computer Aided Dispatch software. Chris also acted as a subject matter expert for matters related to Mobile and MobileCAD projects and support related issues. At Interact Public Safety, they also held the roles of Project Manager and Systems Engineer. In 2016, Chris joined Motorola Solutions as a Solutions Architect. In 2018, they joined Medcor/Brown Safety Services as a Safety and medical professional. In 2013, they joined Real Solutions Consulting as a Business and Leadership Consultant, where they consulted on various business and leadership related topics, conducted leadership training sessions and Mastermind Groups, and spoke to groups with their wife about their personal experiences raising a child with autism. Most recently, in 2020, they joined E-9 Corporation as a Public Safety IT and E-9 Corporation.

Chris Chandler's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Mangement from Western Governors University in 2013, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University in 2017, a Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Business Administration and Management, General from Full Sail University in 2019, and a Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership from Walden University in 2022. Additionally, they obtained an AS in Network Design and Management from Ashland Community Technical College in 2004, a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business from Western Governors University, and a Paramedic certification from the Florida Department of Health in 1990. Chris Chandler also has several certifications, including CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Data Engineering with Azure, Root Cause Analysis, CompTIA Project+ Certification, OSHA 10-hour, and OSHA 30-hour.
