Keith Clopton has a diverse work experience. Keith began in 2004 as an Area Employment Manager for Pinkerton Government Services. In this role, they supported the Area Vice President in achieving operational goals through effective HR practices. Keith also provided direction for recruiting efforts and ensured compliance with FLSA and other applicable statutes and regulations related to HR. In 2008, they moved to the U.S. Department of State - Embassy Rome, where they served as a Human Resource Assistant. In this role, they managed the American Employee Evaluation Report program, prepared requests for Work Requirement Statements, and was responsible for the timely submission of evaluation reports. Keith also managed the Department of State Intern Program for Embassy Rome and Consulates in Milan, Florence and Naples. In 2012, they moved to E-9 Corporation, where they served as the Director of Human Resources/FSO. In this role, they developed organization strategies, implemented human resources strategies, and managed human resources operations.
