Simi Rai

Simi Rai has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Simi is currently working as the Head of English at E-ACT since January 2022. Prior to this, Simi worked as Corporate Training at Grupo Mediapro from an unspecified start date until October 2022. Simi also held the position of Deputy Head of English at Ark from September 2020 to August 2021. Simi worked as a Writer at Opogo from August 2018 to July 2019. Simi also has experience as an English Teacher at The British School of Barcelona from September 2017 to August 2018. Simi was a Teach First Ambassador at Teach First from September 2014 to August 2017. Simi worked as the Head of KS3 English at Wembley High Technology College from September 2014 to August 2017. Simi has also worked as a Digital Content Creator at CENTURY Tech in July and September 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as an Early Years Practitioner at Alegra British & International School from September 2013 to August 2014.

Simi Rai pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from King's College London, graduating in 2013. In 2012, they also had the opportunity to study English Literature and Language at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as part of their Bachelor's degree program. Following that, in 2014, Simi Rai completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Canterbury Christ Church University. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they attended UCL (University College London), where they obtained a Master's degree in Leadership.
