Muhammad Usman has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Muhammad started their career as an Internee at Fauji Cement Company Limited in 2014, where they gained an understanding of process industry and received training in the instrument and control department.
After that, Usman worked as a Trainee Engineer at TEKNICA POWER SYSTEMS, where they specialized in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of UPS systems and solar energy systems. Muhammad then advanced to the position of Electronics Engineer, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of industrial UPS systems.
In 2008, Usman joined their family business as an Advisor, overseeing management and audit operations at Muslim petroleum and shoukat petroleum. Muhammad was also involved in farming activities, including cattle and agriculture, as well as managing a general store.
Usman later joined Makkays in 2016 as a Sales Engineer, responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, providing technical support, and conducting market research. Muhammad also contributed to defining marketing strategies and engaging in both B2B and B2C sales.
Currently, Usman is working as the proprietor of ValueTech since 2017. In this role, they manage operations, engages in strategic planning, business development, staff management, and relationship building. Muhammad also established a solar division and implemented a sales funnel process for lead generation, inquiry generation, client visits, quotation, and follow-up. Additionally, they handle tender and proposal submissions and oversees project design, execution, and material procurement.
