Shehani Tharika

Shehani Tharika has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2017, they started as an HR Intern at John Keells Logistics before being promoted to HR Assistant in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Shehani worked as a Human Resources Assistant at M.D. Gunasena & Co Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for employee welfare, engagement, and health and safety activities. In 2022, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Imdaad Group. Currently, Shehani is serving as a Human Resources Executive at e& enterprise IoT & AI, starting from July 2023.

Shehani Tharika pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in human capital management from SLIIT (Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology) from 2013 to 2018.
