Omprakash Srinivasalu

Omprakash Srinivasalu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Omprakash began their career in 2006 as a Technical Recruiter at Materials Software System Inc. Omprakash then worked as a Sr. Resource Executive at E*Pro Inc from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Shakti Solutions as a Sr. Recruiter, where they worked on requirements from clients such as Deloitte, ODS, and Satyam.

In 2009, Omprakash joined Reveille Technologies, Inc as an Account Manager/Senior Delivery Manager/Operations Head - Chennai. During their time there, they were involved in the entire life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating compensation and benefits. Omprakash stayed with Reveille Technologies, Inc for over 11 years until 2020.

From 2014 to 2015, Omprakash worked as an Associate - Talent Acquisition at Mindtree Ltd. Omprakash then joined IMCS Group in 2020 as a Sr. Delivery Manager/Vertical Head - System Integrators, where they stayed until 2021.

In 2022, Omprakash joined SAGE IT as a Client Partner for a brief period of five months. Later in the same year, they joined E-IT as a Delivery Lead/Client Partner, where they are currently employed.

Omprakash Srinivasalu completed their Diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from AMS Polytechnic from 1999 to 2002. Later, they pursued a BE degree in Computer Science Engineering from AMS College of Engineering (Affiliated to Anna University), graduating between 2003 and 2006. Omprakash also obtained an MCSE certification from Microsoft in September 2003.
