Shirley Pinkson

Shirley Pinkson has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Shirley started their career at NARS Cosmetics in 1996, where they held various roles such as Global Educator, Account Executive, and National Artist. In 2008, they co-founded W3LL PEOPLE, a beauty brand focused on making positive choices for self-care. Currently, they are the Head of Education at E.L.F. Beauty, a role they have held since February 2020.

From 1988 to 1992, Shirley Pinkson pursued a degree in Psychology/Art History at The University of Texas at Austin.
