Brooklyn Boston

Brooklyn Boston has a diverse work experience in the brand marketing industry. Brooklyn started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2010, where they worked as a Design Manager and later as a Senior Design Manager & Associate Brand Manager. In 2016, they joined Coty as a Brand Manager before moving on to Rodan + Fields in 2018, where they worked as a Brand Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Brand Marketing at E.L.F. Beauty, where they have steadily progressed through the ranks, starting as a Senior Brand Manager in 2019 and moving up to their current role.

Brooklyn Boston pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they attended two graduate schools simultaneously: The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and Maryland Institute College of Art. At Johns Hopkins, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Design Leadership, while at the Maryland Institute College of Art, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in the same field.
