Kevin Maxam possesses extensive experience in systems engineering and management within the supply chain and order management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Applications at E.L.F. BEAUTY since March 2016, Kevin oversees Netsuite ERP operations and system integrations with major retail partners and 3PLs. Previous roles include Systems Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, where Kevin supported the MARC WMS environment, and similar positions at Novo Nordisk A/S and Bristol-Myers Squibb, focusing on system installation, validation, and process improvements. Kevin's career began at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1987, where various positions culminated in a managerial role overseeing distribution operations systems. Kevin holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Evansville.
