Rob Sobol

Rob Sobol has over 30 years of work experience in supply chain management. Rob currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain at E.L.F. Beauty since September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Supply Chain at JAPONESQUE from October 2019 to September 2020. Before that, they worked at Del Monte Foods, Inc. as the Director of Supply Planning from December 2012 to January 2019. Rob also held the position of Senior Manager of Operations Planning at Del Monte from October 2002 to December 2012. At the beginning of their career, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager, specializing in supply chain management and consulting services for consumer packaged goods.

Rob Sobol attended Clarkson University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
