Jason Middleton

Jason Middleton has worked in various roles since 2017. Jason was a Mail Operations Associate at Grand Canyon University from 2017 to 2018, then moved to MM Inc. as a Service Advisor from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are an Operations Associate at e-Mission Control. At MM Inc., their role as Service Advisor included acting as an intermediary of customer communication with technicians to reduce miscommunications and ensure customer needs were effectively communicated. Jason was also responsible for using CRM solutions to create service proposals and contracts to address customer needs, and build customized estimates for prospects by combining industry knowledge, customer budget, and service needs.

Jason Middleton completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Canyon University between 2014 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in September 2022, one for Excel Boot Camp and the other for Getting Started with Microsoft Excel.
