Lucy McMahon

Lucy McMahon is the Head of Regulatory Compliance at E.ON Next, a role assumed in August 2025, where leadership of a team of regulatory professionals to provide practical regulatory advice and engage with Ofgem and external stakeholders is a key responsibility. Previously, Lucy held the position of Senior Regulatory Manager at E.ON UK from August 2016 to July 2025, focusing on strategic stakeholder relations and policy development related to financial resilience and consumer standards. Additional experience includes overseeing the UK Compliance governance structure in the Compliance Governance PMO role and serving as a Regulatory Executive, where responsibilities included producing regulatory reports and managing communications with regulatory bodies. Lucy holds a BA Hons in French and Spanish from Nottingham Trent University (1999-2003).
