Jamie Wimberly has an extensive work history in the energy and utility sectors. From 1996 to 2000, they served as the Vice President at Consumers Energy Council of America. In 2000, they co-founded the Center for the Advancement of Energy Markets (CAEM) and served as President until 2003. From 2003 to 2022, they were the CEO of DEFG, a research and advisory firm in the utility sector. Jamie also held roles at Groundswell International, Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, and New York University. Currently, they work as the Senior Vice President at E Source.
Jamie Wimberly completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Miami University from 1984 to 1988. Later, Jamie pursued a Master of Arts in International Economics/ Energy and Environment (EEST) Program at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 1993 to 1995.
