Daniel Organisciak

Daniel Organisciak is a highly skilled Principal AI Scientist at e-therapeutics PLC, specializing in the application of large language models for drug discovery since July 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel founded an AI startup in March 2023 and worked at Luminance as a Research Software Engineer, focusing on deep learning solutions for contract review from November 2021 to January 2023. Daniel's academic experience includes serving as an Associate Lecturer at Northumbria University, where deep learning fundamentals were taught, alongside a role as a Research Assistant developing deep learning models for psychiatric evaluations. Additional contributions to the academic community include chairing supporting organizations for conferences such as ACM SIGGRAPH and BMVC. Daniel holds a PhD in Deep Learning Research from Northumbria University and a degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, coupled with experience in mathematics tutoring and project management for educational resources.
