The current leadership team at E*TRADE Financial has a wide range of experience in the financial industry. Partners at The Learning Forum and the Global Head of HR at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. help to contribute to the team's talent acquisition and management skills. Other team members have experience as the President at Glory DeSimone & Associates, Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, and Head of the Aladdin Product Group at BlackRock. The team is also well-educated, with degrees in finance, English, atmospheric science, political science, and marketing/strategy/organizational behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutgers University, The Wharton School, Colorado State University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. This diverse set of experiences and skills helps the team to provide a well-rounded perspective on the financial industry and E*TRADE's place within it.
