Matthew Minetola is the current Chief Information Officer at [E*Trade Financial](/org/e-trade-financial-corporation). Prior to joining E*TRADE in July 2019, they served as the Executive Vice President and CIO of [Travelport](/org/travelport) from December 2014 to June 2019. In their role at [Travelport](/org/travelport), they were responsible for leading the company’s global technology organization and the technical delivery of its travel commerce platform to travel agency, transportation, hospitality and payment clients worldwide. 

Some of their key responsibilities included leading the multi-year technology transformation of [Travelport](/org/travelport) into digital platform and capabilities that provided industry-leading, innovative data, content, mobile and payment solutions; participating in strategic and operational governance processes of [Travelport](/org/travelport) as a member of the Executive Leadership team; and enabling digital business by integrating complementary digital businesses—such as online travel agency Locomote, mobile app developer MTT and digital payments firm eNett.

Lance Braunstein is the current Chief Information Officer (CIO) at [E*Trade Financial](/org/e-trade-financial-corporation). Lance has been in this role since September of 2017 and oversees the company's technology strategy, software development, information security, infrastructure, and technical operations. Prior to joining E*Trade, Braunstein served as the Managing Director of Technology at [Goldman Sachs](/org/goldman-sachs) from October 2008 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for heading up the client platforms and banking technology initiatives. From February 1998 to October 2008, they held a similar role at Morgan Stanley in the Wealth Management division. He has served E*TRADE in several leadership positions, most recently as Corporate Controller, Principal Accounting Officer, and CFO of E*TRADE Securities. Mr. Simonich has experience in finance and risk and controls functions including risk management, accounting, financial reporting, vendor oversight, due diligence and acquisitions, and real estate and physical security. Prior to E*TRADE he served as a Certified Public Accountant with Seiler LLP where his focus was in audit and tax. He holds Series 27 and 99 designations, and earned his BS in Business from California Polytechnic State University. Mr. Simonich assumes the role from previous CRO Paul Brandow, who is retiring after a career of over 45 years in financial services, including more than 10 years at E*TRADE.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea Zaretsky is responsible for defining and driving E*TRADE’s brand and marketing efforts across all retail channels.

Ms. Zaretsky has an extensive background developing innovative business strategies to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and engagement at iconic brands in both the Financial Services and Retail industries. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at SEPHORA, where she led key Client Engagement functions including CRM, Loyalty, Insights, and Analytics, and developed and launched the company’s first credit card portfolio. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Toys ‘R Us. She began her career at [American Express](/org/american-express), rising through the ranks to serve as the Vice President and Head of US Customer Marketing, where she led acquisition, engagement, innovation, and investment optimization. As Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee, Mr. Pizzi sets the vision and strategic direction for the Company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and is President of E*TRADE Bank, as well as a member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Pizzi has been with E*TRADE since 2003 and has served in several executive roles including the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to these he served in a variety of leadership positions including the Corporate and bank Treasurer. He also previously held various positions in the portfolio management and derivatives functions at E*TRADE.

Prior to this role Mr. Goodman was the Company’s Chief Communications Officer. An E*TRADE veteran, Mr. Goodman joined the Company in 2005 with a steadily expanding scope of responsibilities that includes oversight of investor relations, external and internal communications, corporate social responsibility, rating agency relationships, corporate events, and most recently the sourcing and vetting of strategic opportunities to help fuel growth.

Mr. Goodman received recognition for excellence in investor relations in 2017, 2015, and 2012, voted one of America’s Best IR Professionals in Institutional Investor Magazine’s annual survey. He studied at Fort Lewis College, in Durango, Colorado, holds a FINRA Series 7 license, and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

As Executive Vice President, Institutional & Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee, Michael Curcio oversees E*TRADE’s Corporate and Advisor Services, including the award-winning Equity Edge Online® and Liberty platforms, along with E*TRADE’s student loan benefit provider Gradifi and RIA referral network.

Prior to E*TRADE, Mr. Curcio was the CEO of Aperture Group, LLC, the parent company of OptionsHouse. A respected veteran of the online brokerage industry, he has a 25-year track record of releasing award-winning products, implementing client retention strategies, and building cross-functional teams. Before joining Aperture Group and OptionsHouse, Mr. Curcio spent 11 years at E*TRADE, last serving as the head of the Company’s brokerage business, in addition to the corporate services and market making channels. Prior to E*TRADE, Mr. Curcio spent 15 years at TD Waterhouse, last serving as EVP of Customer Relationship Management.

As Senior Managing Director of Retail Brokerage, Mike Murphy leads E*TRADE’s efforts to deepen and broaden customer relationships across the firm’s network of professionals.

With a career spanning almost 30 years in financial services, Mr. Murphy has held senior leadership roles in customer relationship management, segmentation, strategic planning, and branch management. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Retail Strategy & Operations at [TD Ameritrade](/org/td-ameritrade). Preceding this position, Mr. Murphy was the SVP of Relationship Management and Client Service during an earlier tenure at E*TRADE. Mr. Murphy began his career at Waterhouse Investor Services.

Christopher Larkin, Managing Director of Trading and Investing Product, is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of retail trading and investing at E*TRADE. Leveraging more than 25 years of experience delivering retail and institutional brokerage services, Mr. Larkin oversees the E*TRADE trading and investing team to deliver innovative and relevant products, tools, and services to the Company's self-directed retail trading customer base.

Mr. Larkin has been instrumental in enhancing the customer experience, expanding capabilities on the Power E*TRADE platform and building the company's options offering from the ground up, resulting in increasing options as a percentage of daily average revenue to almost 30 percent in 2017. Mr. Larkin also contributed to the introduction of innovative new product and service offerings including E*TRADE Mobile, E*TRADE Pro, ETRADE’s Global Trading Platform, and the E*TRADE Complete™ Investment Account.  

Prior to his tenure at E*TRADE, Mr. Larkin served as Managing Director of Corporate Services and Fixed Income Sales at [TD Ameritrade](/org/td-ameritrade). There he led the TD Bank relationship and referral program and delivered designated brokerage and stock plan services to more than 1,500 corporate clients. Mr. Larkin also served as the Vice President at Datek Online, where he helped grow their online brokerage business and held institutional sales and trading positions with ING Barings and Bloomberg LP.
