Teresa Wheeler

Teresa Wheeler has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT field. Teresa began their career in 1997 as a Lead Systems Engineer at Verizon Data Services, where they provided 24/7 production support on 8 Verizon Unix and Windows servers. In 2002, they moved to Choicepoint Inc as an IT Manager/System Administration/Network Support, where they managed an IT support team in a 24/7 production support environment. In 2006, Teresa became the Technology Manager at Trenam Kemker Attorneys, where they managed IT support personnel involved in providing 24/7 support for a law firm. In 2008, they took on the role of Territory Technology Manager at H&R Block Inc, where they managed the support and deployment of 2056 offices across 14 states. In 2012, Teresa was hired as a Technology Manager at Best Buy, where they were responsible for a team of 30 remote technicians. In 2014, they became the IT Service Center Manager at Sleep Number by Select Comfort, leading two teams supporting the corporate offices, retail and field support. In 2015, Teresa joined ABILITY Network as the Director of Technical Support, leading a team of supervisors and team members who are responsible for Customer Technical Support. Finally, in 2018, Teresa became the Strategic Manager at eVerifile.

Teresa Wheeler attended St. Petersburg College from 1993 to 1994 and earned an Associate of Science degree in Business.
