Frances Hemming-Meek

Frances Hemming-Meek is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior Director of HR Strategy and Digitalization at e& since September 2022. Previously, Frances held various roles at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) from January 2009 to January 2023, including Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition and Rewards, as well as Senior Officer in Organisation Design. Frances began the career at Fidelity Investments as an Officer in the Internal Communications, Programme Delivery and Technology Department from August 2007 to December 2008. Frances holds a Global Fellowship in Talent Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Middle East Studies with Arabic from the University of Exeter.
