Elyse Bais currently serves as the Manager of Consumer Research & Insights at E15 Group, where responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends in the foodservice industry and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance client guest experiences. Previously, Elyse held positions as a Senior Operations Analyst and DEI Champion at E15 under Amazon, managing vendor performance and developing a framework for the company's DEI initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Manager role at Compass Group USA, an Accounting Assistant and Catering Attendant at Bon Appétit Management Company, and a Business Account Executive position at AT&T. Elyse holds an MBA from Seattle University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution and a high school diploma from the Academy of Our Lady of Guam.
