Karim Jumma

Karim Jumma began their work experience in 1995 as a Project Trainee at Siemens. Karim then moved on to work at Akshay Software Technologies Ltd as a Lead Solutions Architect. In 1997, they joined Leading Edge Technology as a Project/Product Specialist. During their time there, they managed software project delivery for multiple clients and led the development and implementation of a security trading system for a leading Indian trading company. In 1998, Karim joined the Wilhelmsen Group as a Project Manager, where they played a critical role in the technology integration of the company. Karim was later promoted to Senior Development Manager and Regional Vice President of Information Systems & Technology, where they led teams and played key roles in acquisitions, cost savings initiatives, and the integration of new technologies. In 2008, Karim joined Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics as the Vice President Global IT & Head of Global IT Applications, where they transformed the technology organization into an innovative and strategic partner to the operations team. Karim also held the position of Vice President, Head of Product Management at INTTRA, where they led new product development and diversified the product mix. Currently, they are the Vice President Product Management at E2open, leading their Transportation & Logistics product line and managing the world's largest Ocean network platform.

Karim Jumma completed their MBA in Strategy, Finance & International Business from Columbia Business School in 2005. In 2012, they also completed the Global Leadership Program from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Karim holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, earned in 1996. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a Certification in Driving Strategic Impact from Columbia Business School.
