Matt Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Matt is currently the VP of Customer Success at e2open, where they lead a global Customer Success organization and mentors the team to provide excellent service to clients. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Global Customer Success at SAI360, where they modernized the Customer Success organization and significantly improved gross retention rates.
Before joining SAI360, Matt worked at NASDAQ OMX as the Head of Client Services and at Thomson Reuters as the Head of Client Operations and Director of Desktop Client Services. Matt also held various roles at Thomson Financial, including Director of Product Migration and Project Management and Technical Support/Data Support Supervisor. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Support Supervisor at Thomson Financial - First Call and as a ProGistics Account Manager at C.H. Robinson. In all their positions, Matt demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing client relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
Matt Walsh's education history includes earning a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford between 1990 and 1994, an M Ed from Boston College from 1995 to 1996, and an MBA from Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 1999 to 2001. Matt also attended Boston Latin School from 1987 to 1990.
