Kristy Evans

Kristy Evans has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristy has held various leadership positions in different companies.

In their current role as Senior Vice President Coding and CDI at e4, Kristy is responsible for the delivery of Coding, CDI, Revenue Cycle, and Education division for national healthcare systems. Kristy also worked at ComforceHealth as Vice President of Operations and Director of Auditing and CDI Solutions. In these roles, they were responsible for overall operations, client delivery, performance management, and talent acquisition collaboration.

Kristy also worked at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions as a Client Services Director. In this role, they served as a liaison between the end customer and global service delivery, ensuring contract execution and driving customer-vendor relationship success.

Before that, Kristy worked at Precyse as the Manager of ICD-10 Coding and Clinical Education Webinar Programs. Kristy managed the inception of Precyse University Webinar business and presented various educational webinars.

Earlier in their career, Kristy held the position of Coding Manager at Sacred Heart Health System Providence Hospital. Kristy led the coding team and successfully standardized workflows, processes, and policies.

Kristy started their career at Greenville Hospital System as a Quality Coding Assurance Specialist. Kristy conducted coding and documentation compliance reviews, provided educational sessions, and completed Due Diligence reviews for M&A activity. Kristy also served as an Office Coordinator, overseeing various business office personnel.
