Regina F. Coon, PMP

Regina F. Coon, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in healthcare and technology implementations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at e4 since April 2022, Regina previously held positions such as Project Manager at Cordea Consulting and Right Factor, where Regina contributed to the DHA MHS GENESIS implementation. Regina’s background includes leading projects in financial systems at Santa Rosa Consulting and managing a new footprint implementation of Cerner acute and revenue cycle solutions as a Project Director at Cordea Consulting. In earlier roles, Regina acted as a Consulting Cerner Engagement Leader at The HCI Group and as an Interim Director at Leidos. Before that, Regina was the Director of IS Advanced Clinical Applications at Central Maine Medical Center, overseeing strategic and operational support for clinical applications across multiple facilities.
