Theresa Converse MPHA, RHIA

Theresa Converse has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Theresa currently works as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at e4 since September 2016. Previously, they worked at Cerner Corporation as a Principal Consultant I, where they managed customer relationships, implemented Electronic Medical Records systems, and provided project management and support. Before that, they were an Account Manager at Siemens Health Services, where they managed customer relationships and support services for a territory of hospital systems. Theresa started their career as the Director of Clinical Resource Management at Group Health Medical Centers, where they directed various departments and implemented programs to improve efficiency and patient care.

Theresa Converse MPHA, RHIA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management at Daemen University from 1973 to 1977. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Health Administration from the State University of New York at Brockport, which they obtained from 1980 to 1982.
