Todd Romanow (BA, PMP, MBA)

Todd Romanow has over 20 years of experience in project management and program management in the healthcare industry. Todd has held various roles in different organizations, including e4, Bryan Health, Leidos Health, CrestPoint Health, St. Joseph's Healthcare System, Alameda County Medical Center, Mountain States Health Alliance, Parkland Hospital, Baylor Health Care System, and Healthaxis.

At e4, Todd served as a Senior Consultant and Project Director, specializing in clinical and revenue cycle electronic health record implementations, construction/facility improvement projects, and accountable care/population health initiatives. Todd also established PMOs (Project Management Offices) and conducted Project Management classes for team members.

During their time at Bryan Health, Todd worked as a Project Manager, where they managed health care IT projects as a consultant with Leidos Health.

At Leidos Health, Todd held the position of Project Director-PMO Practice, where they led the PMO Practice for the company from 2012 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Todd was the Director of Imaging Technical Services at Healthaxis, where they led the Imaging and Data Capture Business Processing Outsourcing division and was responsible for new client transitions, systems implementations, maintenance, production support, project management, customer service, and technical sales.

Todd then pursued their Master of Business Administration in Administration at The University of Dallas from 2004 to 2007.
