Maddie Stough

Maddie Stough, PHR has over 14 years of experience in various roles within human resources and talent acquisition. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at Eagan Immigration PLLC. Previously, they worked at CA Ventures as the Senior Director of Talent, Director of Talent, and Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at LaSalle Network, including Unit Manager, Team Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager in Human Resources and Executive Search. Maddie'scareer began at Davidson College, where they worked as an Associate Director for Reunion Giving, Gifts Officer, and Fundraising Fellow. Maddie also gained experience as a Federal Regulatory Policy Intern at Duke Energy.

Maddie Stough, PHR, began their education at Davidson College in 2004 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish in 2008. In 2014, they enrolled in a PHR Certification Prep Course at DePaul University. Alongside their education, Maddie also obtained additional certifications including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in March 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
