Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, nutrition, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
