Position Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to lead our Marketing & Creative Services Department. This role does not require a marketing background; instead, we are looking for someone with strong project execution experience and the ability to manage a team and achieve results. In this pivotal position, you will lead our marketing team, oversee department operations, review current marketing practices, and communicate strategies.

Your primary focus will be on project management, execution, and delivering impactful results by generating innovative ideas and providing solutions to enhance our marketing strategies and communication efforts.

Job Description

  • Manage the marketing and creative services team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Mentor a team of creative professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct a thorough review of current marketing and communication operations.
  • Plan and execute a robust marketing plan that includes internal and external communication strategies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in projects, including team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Initiate compelling messaging and innovative marketing campaigns to boost our brand visibility. Partner with media outlets and advertising agencies to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Drive brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with our commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure marketing materials and communications align with our brand identity and standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management with a track record of driving results.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Primary work is Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, but you must be willing to work overtime, evenings, and the occasional Saturday, as needed

  • A valid driver’s license, acceptable abstract, and reliable vehicle

  • Comfortable driving a pickup truck and pulling a trailer

  • Understanding Social Media Platforms and current trends such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms

  • Critical thinking and attention to detail

  • Public Relations | Attend events to promote Eagle Builders

    • BBQs, Tradeshows, Grand Openings, Fundraisers, etc.
  • Local to or willing to relocate to Central Alberta.

Assets

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite | Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier & InDesign

  • Photography and videography | Capture and editing skills, as well as the use of cameras and lighting gear required

  • Copywriting experience, including print, radio, video, podcast, web copy and social content

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • 3D Design experience

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects | Motion graphics and animation skills

  • Strong understanding of Google AdWords and Analytics
