Eagle Builders is a local, family-owned, and operated manufacturing and construction company rooted in Christian beliefs and values. We specialize in the design, engineering, fabrication, and building of precast concrete structures.

Eagle Builders welcomes and offers work experience and Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) opportunities for high school or College/University students. This posting will be ongoing as we want to grow our company with qualified students interested in the construction industry.

The RAP program is ideal for high school students interested in an apprenticeship or trade to gain hands-on work experience and earn credits towards their diploma.

• Carpenter - Manufacturing Facility

• Ironworker (Reinforcing) - Manufacturing Facility

• Heavy Equipment Tech - Maintenance Facility

• Millwright - Maintenance Facility

• Ironworker (Structural/Ornamental) - Field

We offer College/University students real-life experience to develop skills in an innovative and fast-paced construction company to start success in their new careers! 

College/University Opportunities: 

• Internship opportunities (project management, estimating, architectural technology, interior design, drafting, accounting, and much more!) 

• Job shadowing and on-the-job training 

• Enhance and strengthen your construction knowledge
