Edward Cord

Edward Cord is a seasoned maritime finance professional with extensive experience in voyage accounting and claims analysis. Currently serving as the Voyage Accountant-Post Fixtures Analyst at Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. since 2016, Edward focuses on profit and loss analysis for a fleet of over 40 vessels, participates in the annual closing processes, and collaborates with operations and chartering departments to implement vessel voyage contracts. Previously, Edward held roles at Gemini Tankers LLC as a Senior Claims Analyst and at Navig8 America as a Post Fixtures Analyst, where responsibilities included calculating demurrage and reimbursement claims and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Earlier experience includes operational coordination at Moran Towing Corporation and training in vessel management at Reinauer Transportation Company.
