Jay Lambert

Jay Lambert has extensive experience in supply chain management and planning. Jay held the position of Senior Manager of Supply and Inventory Planning at Smartwool from 2011 to 2019. During their tenure, they successfully led a team in delivering all product categories to global destinations on time and within inventory targets. Jay achieved an improvement in on-time customer service from 86% in 2015 to above the 95% target in 2016-2019. Additionally, they achieved the inventory targets for FY18 and FY19 and reduced FY19 inventory by 8% year-over-year.

In 2020, Jay Lambert joined Honey Stinger as the Senior Manager of Planning. In this role, they were responsible for driving the strategic planning and forecasting process across various areas including product commercialization, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management. Jay created a monthly and annual inventory roll process, established relevant metrics, and led a cross-functional team to achieve inventory targets while managing cash flow and on-time order fill. Jay also built an Excel-based supply planning tool to align demand with supply and facilitate production planning with supply chain partners.

Most recently, in 2021, Jay Lambert joined Eagle Creek as the VP of Operations.

Jay Lambert attended Lewis & Clark College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics. In 2021, Jay Lambert also pursued a Sustainable Product Design & Supply Chain Certificate from Utah State University.
