L.L.C. is an environmental engineering contracting firm which was established in 1985 in the United Arab Emirates by Mr. Mohamed Hijaz, General Manager/Partner. The company completed close to 100 wastewater treatment plants and over 100 pumping stations, which were awarded by both the public and private sectors. Through its work, Eagle / Al Hijaz has earned the Best Entrepreneurial Company of the Year Award in the Middle East for the Water and Wastewater Industry by Frost & Sullivan for 2009.

Eagle offers custom design, supply, construction, operation and maintenance services in the following fields:
• Wastewater and water treatment, recycling, reclamation and reuse, up to drinking water quality,
• Pumping stations, networks and reservoirs for wastewater and water,
• Electromechanical works for a diverse array of facilities from luxury villas to high rise buildings,
• Electrical medium-voltage and low-voltage networks and substations.
