Daniel Neaves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, software development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Founder and Roastmaster at KOTA Coffee since October 2023, Daniel aims to make specialty coffee accessible to all. As an Engineering Manager for Eagle Eye since November 2016, Daniel successfully built a high-functioning Data team, designed a robust Data Warehouse, and established scalable data sourcing pipelines. Previously, Daniel advanced from a Mid-level Software Engineer to a Senior Engineer at Eagle Eye, contributing to the development of a powerful proprietary PHP platform. Additionally, Daniel founded MUDPOD Ltd during the pandemic, focusing on manufacturing products for the UK recreational vehicle market. Daniel's career includes senior web development roles at The Completely Group and Design Motive, as well as digital marketing coordination at Barlow Robbins. Daniel's journey began as a Field Engineer at Jupiter Systems after completing an A Level in Graphic Design at Godalming College.
