Javonn P.

Javonn P. has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. They most recently worked at Eagle Family Foods starting in 2023 as the Director of Finance Operations. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they held the position of Director of Supply Chain Finance at Helen of Troy.

From 2011 to 2022, Javonn worked at Kellogg Company in various finance roles. They started as a Senior Internal Auditor and eventually progressed to become a Plant Controller, Senior Finance Manager for Logistics, External Manufacturing Finance Manager for Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance Manager for Snacks, and Audit Manager for Supply Chain Finance.

Before joining Kellogg Company, Javonn worked at Enterprise Holdings as part of the Internal Audit team from 2009 to 2011. They also had a long tenure at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2005 to 2009, where they started as an Accounting Manager and were responsible for various accounting and financial management responsibilities.

Javonn P. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Eastern Michigan University, which was completed between 1999 and 2004. Later on, Javonn pursued an Executive MBA from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, starting in 2016 and finishing in 2018. In addition to these formal degrees, Javonn also obtained certifications in various areas from McKinsey & Company, including Management Accelerator Program, Business Strategy, and Problem Solving, all completed in 2021.
