Jessica Hofstetter

Jessica Hofstetter is an accomplished food safety and microbiology professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Jessica serves as a Manager in Microbiology and Food Safety at The Coca-Cola Company since 2024 and has been a Microbiologist Contractor for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since February 2020. Previous experience includes a position as a Food Safety Analyst at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities involved providing technical support, analyzing safety plans, and developing testing parameters. An ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Jessica utilized advanced lab methods and managed laboratory budgets. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy from Auburn University, a Master's in Food Science and Technology from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University.
