Juergen Neumaier

Juergen Neumaier is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for EagleBurgmann since May 2019, having also held roles as Senior HR Business Partner and Interim HR Director Germany. Prior to this position, Neumaier was the Head of Human Resources at Bilfinger SE from March 2014 to April 2019 and the Head of Labor Law at Bilfinger Industrial Services GmbH from June 2004 to February 2014. Earlier in Neumaier's career, work as a Lawyer in Labor Law at Suedwestmetall involved legal representation and consultancy for member companies in the metal and electronic industry. Neumaier holds a First State Exam in Law from the University of Freiburg and completed the Second State Exam following a legal traineeship. Additionally, Neumaier has a background in banking, having studied at Sparkasse Haslach-Hornberg.
