Simone Erfurth

Simone Erfurth is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Röhlig Logistics since October 2025. Previously, Simone held the position of Head of HR Development & Recruiting and Marketing & Communication at F. Reyher Nchfg. GmbH & Co.KG from September 2021 to September 2025, following roles as Head of HR Development & Projects at Key Surgical DE and HR Director at various organizations. Between 2014 and 2019, Simone worked as a self-employed therapist and coach, alongside serving as HR Manager at AWO Kreisverband Stormsrn eV.
