Miral Bhakta

Miral Bhakta is the Vice President of Human Resources for EaglePicher® Technologies. Miral joined EaglePicher in 2016 and was named Vice President in February 2022.

MIral is responsible for setting and implementing all aspects of the organization’s human resources policies, objectives and initiatives. She ensures EaglePicher continues to recruit and retain the very best to advance the company’s technology leadership position. As an integral member of the senior management team, she aligns business needs with human resource strategies to support the business growth and mission. Miral contributes to the development and execution of the company’s strategic goals and objectives by translating EaglePicher’s mission and vison into action plans from the perspective and impact on team members.

Miral has dedicated her career to supporting organizations’ most important asset, its team members. Her background includes leadership roles in compensation, benefits and human resources. As Director of Corporate Human Resources at EaglePicher, Miral planned, directed and implemented policies for all areas of the human resources functions including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations and compliance. Prior to joining EaglePicher, she was the senior manager of compensation and benefits with Kellwood Company, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of premier fashion brands Here, Miral lead a team focused on developing and implementing human resources’ strategies. She oversaw the administration of human resources programs including compensation, benefits, performance and talent management.

Miral holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from San Francisco State University.
