Yuremi Maldonado has extensive experience in customer service and success roles, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at EagleView since April 2015. In this position, Yuremi leads and coaches Customer Service agents and Team Leads to ensure high service quality, while organizing workflow and evaluating service levels to meet metric goals and KPIs.
