Kristian Sadler

Kris has extensive experience in estates, facilities and operations, working across public, commercial and charity sectors for close to 20 years. Leading operations across landmark buildings and estates, Kris has led significant projects and teams to realise impactful changes to help organisations achieve their strategic goals through capital improvements and day to day operations.

At West London College, Kris is responsible for devising and delivering the estates strategy and has joined the college at an exciting juncture where significant plans are underway to support improvements that will positively impact curriculum delivery.
