Adam Laponis

Adam Laponis has over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting. Adam began their career as a chemical engineer, developing novel chiral separation techniques for use in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Adam then transitioned to the role of Sr. Automation Engineer, QA for BenefitPoint, Inc. In 2003, they became a Summer Associate for Rosecreek Capital.

Laponis joined Johnson & Johnson in 2004 as Sr. Director Finance for Acclarent and Cordis. Adam was later promoted to VP Finance for Cardinal Health in 2015. In 2017, they joined Tesla as VP Finance, WW FP&A & Business Operations. Adam is currently the CFO at Eargo.

Adam Laponis has a MBA from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
