Shane Lu

Shane Lu is an experienced technical professional currently serving as the Technical Director and Quality Manager at EMJ since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing branch quality management, technical customer support, and maintaining the quality system across multiple facilities. Shane is also the corporate ISO9001/AS9120B certification keeper, conducting audits and facilitating third-party certification audits for 40 EMJ branches. Prior experience includes senior sales engineering roles at TimkenSteel and The Timken Company, focusing on Oil and Gas customers in the Southern states, and overseeing significant account management exceeding $100M. Early career roles include working as a piano instructor, staff photographer, IT and network specialist, and participating in new product design at General Electric Lighting. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, obtained in 2010.
