Khursand Kelawala

Khursand Kelawala is a Production Engineer at Earle since July 2021, bringing a diverse background in engineering and logistics. Previously, Khursand served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rutgers Business School, focusing on Business Analytics, while also working as a Proctor and Grader at Rutgers University–New Brunswick for the Psychology, Mathematics, and Calculus departments. Prior experience includes a Supply Chain Intern role at Larsen & Toubro - Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, where Khursand enhanced the procurement process and reduced lead times, and an Engineering and Material Planning Intern position at Arkay Logistics Limited, addressing logistical challenges through data interpretation and problem-solving techniques. Khursand holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
