Jeff Flowers has extensive experience in the culinary and operations sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Earl's Organic Produce since 2018. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of QA Program Manager at GreenLeaf from 2014 to 2018, where significant advancements in Quality and Product Development programs were achieved. Jeff's culinary expertise was showcased as Corporate Executive Chef at both La Boulange Cafe & Bakery and Starbucks, and as Chef de Cuisine for Bon Appétit Management Company at Google Headquarters, managing multiple cafes. Jeff holds a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies from the University of San Francisco, an A.A. in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy, and a Master's degree in Philosophy of Religion from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where Jeff also completed coursework as a Ph.D. candidate in Chinese Buddhism.
